How TubeGen writes scripts

TubeWriter is TubeGen's own script writer, and it runs in four modes. V2 Pro is the default and the most thorough: it builds a style profile from your reference videos, optionally researches the topic on the web, then drafts, fact-checks and edits across multiple passes, landing within ±7.5% of your target word count. V1 is the fastest, producing a complete script in a single pass. Scripts cost about 75 credits per 1,000 words.

What a script costs in TubeGen

Scripts are billed by length. V2 Pro is usage-billed instead, so the figure moves with how much work the draft takes. With web search on, V2 Pro adds about 20 to 40 credits flat instead. The confirmation dialog shows the exact estimate before anything is charged.

Can I restore an older script or use my own?

Script history

Every version is kept — generations, selection edits, manual edits and restores — each with a timestamp, word count and word delta. A word-level diff shows what changed against the previous version, with additions highlighted and removals struck through. Restore this version brings any older version back, and the restore becomes a new version, so nothing is ever lost.

Using your own script

Attach Custom Script when starting a video and paste your text or upload a .txt file. The builder skips script generation entirely and goes straight to Voiceover. Your script stays viewable from the chip in the builder header.
